Hi,

Not too long ago (I went on holiday so some of the requirements have reset) I had all the requirement’s apart from some sort of FAQ requirement. A lot of other screen shots I have seen do not have this requirement even pop up

I have already finished a map and I am currently working on a new one, I have seen that you need to patient for around up to 15 days ( I think I peaked at 9 or so) so if I have to wait, I will carry on working but I do not want to waste my time if I can never even release my maps because of some underlying reason that to my knowledge I have no control over. I have contacted customer support at that point in time when I had reached 8-9 days and they could not help me despite their best efforts as to finding the missing requirement. My Fortnite account has not been banned and I do not think it has ever been banned.

If anyone has any possible reasons as to why I can not enroll please let me know. Thank you!

I have encountered a similar problem on Reddit several times and someone writes that they were helped with support, while others had this error disappear by itself after a few days.

Thank you for your reply. I will work on my maps for a maximum of 21 days , if there is still no success then I will email support or ask a new question on the forums.
