Is Unreal Engine the best solution for Archviz??

I’ve been looking here for a long time, reading forums watching video’s and I’ve come to the conclusion that using the Unreal Engine for a meaningful tool might not be the case. Game Engines incorporate a great deal of Physics lighting, matchmaking all which are nice to haves but I have found numerous unanswered questions regarding incorporating UE5 into an existing application, or regarding EU5 as a library. It seems you either build your entire application on UE5 or not at all. Anyone have any thoughts on this our resources that could prove it’s possible to have a dedicated scene/fbx model with one shared data source light enough to run on Mobile and web, with local caching.
