Is UE4 compatible with 32 bit computers?

Hi all,
I wander, is it possible to use editor and other tools - i.e. build a project on 32 bit machines, or 64 is a requirement?

P.S. Please, correct topic title - of course it should read as “Is U4 compatible…”

I believe the editor requires a 64-bit machine. It’s also pretty memory hungry as you may expect.
