ATM, all I need is a talking head avatar of myself to respond to questions 24x7 (via text / NLP) for my two Non-Profit organisations - of course there needs to be something resembling an AI on the backend of the talking head but that is a separate issue. On the front end all I need ATM is for the talking head to be reasonably lip-synced with his spoken responses to any questions . .
If UE is an appropriate thing to use (my initial need seems almost trivial to what I have seen UE do so far . .), then in the future there are options for increasing the sophistication of the environment - the thing that comes immediately to mind is creating VR meeting rooms where our members can interact.
