is twinmotion 2022 obsolete?

I have been using 2022 version it worked fine up until this few weeks. I have a

Mac 2021

M1 pro

16gb

ventura 13.4

1trb

i updated to the 2023 - i realized its now requiring 32gb - when i used the old tm files it works fine but anything new it wont accept.

i went back to 2022 and its no longer accepting imports and freezes.

Is 2022 no longer working ? do i need to upgrade my computer?
