Is there something special to get Turnkey working on Windows?

I am attempting to set up Unreal 5.7 for multi-platform development. Turnkey cannot get the status of any of the selected platforms, nor will it install any SDKs. Even when running RunUAT.bat Turnkey -command=InstallSDK -platform=Windows it even says Windows is an unrecognized platform.

I am tearing my hair out trying to follow various tutorials that are all giving me conflicting information. None of the ones I’ve found so far address 5.7 specifically and Turnkey is making me want to throw my entire computer in the garbage and never use Unreal again.

Like, I haven’t even started working on my actual game yet and I’ve hit a roadblock so severe I want to quit already. What is this ****?!

Where are all the platforms? Windows isn’t even listed here

Please tell me I’m doing something INCREDIBLY simple that is wrong. This makes absolutely no sense.

Also, further context - this is a fresh installation of both Epic Games Launcher and also Unreal Engine 5.7. The ONLY things I have done so far are name my project and set up some of the project settings/metadata and attempt to install the necessary SDKs before I even do any development.

Please help…
