Is there something equivalent of Fab UE plugin for Unreal engine 4.27.2 ?

As Quixel bridge support will be ending by this year’s end and fab has taken place of it .
So is there anything like fab UE plugin for unreal engine 4.27.2 or like quixel bridge ? Is there something which allows to add assets directly to editor like how fab does it ?

They didn’t even consider creating Plugin for UE5.3 let alone UE4,
Currently only replacement is Epic Launcher Vault.
