Is there someone who knows how to import this landscape file?

I downloaded it from artstation, but don’t know how to use it :joy:

Drag the .obj in the content browser and it should work, it should also create a material for it and you can edit it and link all the textures

Thank you for the reply,
but the error message poped up when I drag the .obj file.

Was the landscape free from ArtStation or did you buy it? In case it’s free please post the link and I’ll give it a look

Oh, this is the file what I used. It’s free.

10GBs?? This is going to take a while :sweat_smile:

I’m downloading it, but seriously, this is something that you don’t want to use in a game! What are you planning to do with it?

I’m planning to use it for a short animation’s background.
In fact, I try to use UE for the first time, so I don’t know which files is affordable for that.

It’s affordable, but honestly my advice is to build your own landscape, it’s not that difficult and you can tweak it according to your necessities.

I started my unreal adventure with this video and I’m so happy I did it! I haven’t seen the UE5 edition yet but I’m sure it’s great too!

I’m still downloading your file because I’m curious but I don’t think that the file size will be justified

Thank you for your kindness.
I’ll check out the video. :+1::+1:

2 Million triangles are acceptable for UE5 but I don’t think you need 1.4GB of texture for a short animation.

I had to convert it to .fbx in Blender (it was exploding) to be able to import it in Unreal, and the result is not worth imho:

Then making my own landscape is to be a nice alternative, just like you said.
Anyway, thank you for your support!
