Is there right way to create animal character with horizontal form of collision?

Hello. I’m faced the question but wondered that it can be a bit difficult: I don’t understand how to create a horizontal collision of my character.

I can set CapsuleComponent hafheight to equal of halfradius, but in general it doesnt work correctly.
