Is there possible that add a new component (e.x panel) to scroll box by clicking a button?

As a result, if I want to add some custom content, I need to use the Create Widget node to replace the Construct node, right?
And then, I just can build a cutsom content in that specific UI.
Something like the answer of this question, Right? Add TextBox After Pressing a Button.

I try to follow your method to Set Text, but I can not get similar result.
The result like this figure:
Only the top widget show the text and the number has changed.

But my idea condition is hope that W1 W2 W3 W4 from the top to bottom.
