Is there anyway to make this material?

Hey! so i have found this very nice looking raindrop material but now i am out of ideas to implement it in unreal.
ive tried doing it in a image sequence but it got too stuttery due to the high res, so ive thought about doing it in a flipbook style but i think it wouldnt work because of the 479 frames its made of :confused:

so if anyone got any ideas i would be very thankfull
