Is there any way to update blueprint when Game on?

First I’m so sorry with my poor English…
As the title asks,Is there any way to update blueprint when Game on?
When the game on,I want to replace some blueprint files,I know this question is very strange,
but if can’t be, can anyone tell me why? Why can’t?
