Is there any way to make unreal engine run faster?

I have been recently been using unreal engine 4.7 and I have all my specs down to low and my material quality to low. I want to know how to run the engine at least 30 frames. Also I want to know if my computer can even run it? I have 6GB of RAM, a 64-bit operating system x64, and a i3-2130 CPU @ 3.40 GHz, 3.40 GHz is my computer able enough to run unreal engine 4. I honestly haven’t tried many things to help.

Try disabling post processing, this is major frame killer

Setting > Engine Scalability Setting > set to LOW.
