I'm yet to learn UE and know that TM can't export every object except for a big chunk of the project into UE, but that doesn't include camera views right?
I'll use Blender to animate something and thought of matching a camera to then compose the footage from both programs, but as far as I know obtaining the camera information even inside of UE is impossible right now.
When you import your Twinmotion content to Unreal engine, you are able to import cameras. Each static image you have in the Twinmotion project will be imported as an Unreal CineCameraActor object, and these will preserve the images name, position, direction, aspect ratio, and focal length when imported. This is only true for static images, so any dynamic camera, such as videos, wouldn't import into UE. You can find more comprehensive info on the TM to UE importer plugin, including a download for the plugin here, and you can read the plugin's documentation here.
I'm less familiar with Blender to UE workflows, so I'm afraid I don't have an answer for that particular use case you described. You may find more information on the Unreal Engine Forums.
