Is there any - Unreal Engine Market Support Staff? 3 weeks now and counting....

I don’t mean to be one to post these kind of topics but I sent out an email 3 weeks ago to the marketplace support team and followed up with another one a week ago.
They said they usually get back within 24-48 hours however this one has been 3 weeks… It’s a bit ridiculous.

If you sent a content submission, yes it is normal that it takes that long.

Hello, jestersheepy! I’m sorry it’s taken this long to get back to you. Since receiving 4.9 content updates for all content on the Marketplace we’ve had a massive increase in volume of support requests, and our response time has unfortunately been slower than usual due to that. Can you tell me what your ticket ID is so we can look at this ASAP?

Ah yeah, that would explain it and I am guessing the ticket ID is the amount of tickets you guys have had so far, which would be: 29058, honestly there’s not a huge rush to it, I was more concerned if anyone eventually see’s to it or if it’s a dead end.
Appreciate your work and understand the more popular this engine gets the more staff you guys are going to need to keep up with demand.
