Every time I create new project and see tutorial icons blinking. I go to editor settings, mark disable tutorials. And they are disabled. In that project.

Can tutorials be disabled for all projects I will ever create?
There are ini files where most of your conifgs are saved.
Just go to
UnrealEngine/Engine/Saved/Config/ Windows/EditorSettings
I’m using Linux so the last part of the path could be different, I read that the ini file you’re looking for is called EditorGameAgnostic.ini
Just replace some Falses with Trues and you should less blinking in your editor
