Is there any good way to import from CAD into UE4

I want to transfer a block from cad into ue4 I managed to do it but the block is not working like its supposed to.For instance I have a wall with a door but when I import it it looks the same but it does t act the same I can see the doorway but I cant go trough.Its like the doorway became a invisible wall did i do something wrong or CAD doest work with UE4(CAD 2018)

Hi ShadowScropion,for importing CAD models to UE4 use the Datasmith.You will be able to use your CAD models.
