This video on the Unreal Engine channel on Youtube explains how to make a third person game (first link: 2 min video) but I need to download the “FBX” I cannot do that though because the link in the video makes this happen (second link).
You don’t need that skeletal mesh. Unreal already comes with a third person template and a skeletal mesh called Mannequin. You can even add it to your current project by clicking on Add New in your content browser and selecting Add Feature or Content Pack and select Third Person
