Is there a way to switch space just for rotation?

Hi everyone! I wanted to animate a meta human and run into an issue - the head is parented to body. Usually there should be an option to switch the space only for rotation, so the head follows the body but the rotation is global, so I don’t have to counter animate.

Do you know if there is a way to create such a setup? When I use “Spaces” tool, the head detaches from body because the change affects both translation and rotation.
