Is there a way to speed opening Unreal Editor ? it take 20 minutes compiling shaders

It take long time to open a project, Is there a solution ?

In the context of a team - you could set up a Shared DDC.

Although I would be very surprised if you told me that it took the same 20 minutes to compile shaders every time you opened your project. (Shaders will take a while to compile once, but on subseqent opens should not need to be recompiled)

Its also pretty typical to create an empty level for start up so that everyone can get into the editor fast
