Is there a way to set a relative Path for DataSmith files?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to assign a DataSmith relative path (like …/project_folder/project_assets/file_name.c4d) to an asset I am sharing in a Dropbox folder.

Reason is I am sharing a dropbox folder with a collaborator and we have different drive names for the project folder directory.

Since DataSmith seems to use absolute paths we now need to manually update the file url everytime one of use opens the file on his computer, in order for the link to work.
