Hi so basically my lightmaps look great in-engine and during testing but once I package the game and test in my VR headset (quest 3 android device) there’s suddenly on just one level some harsh shadows and the lighting isn’t covering as smooth.
I noticed that the way it looks, is how it looks when I rebuild lightmaps and have to wait a moment for them up refresh, they look like they do during that waiting part. Not quite full res and a bit blotchy.
In all my tests in-engine there’s no harsh shadows right in the middle of the wall where the lightest part of my pointlight is or anything and there’s nothing there to cause a shadow. It’s just a big black shadow for some reason. So I thought maybe if there’s a way to refresh or reinitialize the lightmaps it might pop into the higher res versions and the harsh shadows will dissapear.
