Is there a way to make Metahuman clothing (parametric outfits) work at runtime?

I am making a game where there are multiple different armors the character and npcs can pick up and equip. I want my characters (metahumans) to be able to have customized bodies (different weights, heights, muscles, ect.) and for the armor and clothing to be able to adapt to their bodies.

I know how to create outfit assets and metahuman wardrobe assets and have them update to different body shapes within the metahuman creator, but I need this to be done at runtime and adapt to whatever body shape the character equipping it has.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also interested in this. If it’s not doable at runtime due to the overhead, I wonder if there might be some other workflow - a way to bake clothing as a separate skeletal mesh after sizing to the character or something like that.
