Is there a way to make a particle render in front of everything else?

Is there a way to do this? I’m trying to do a POW! BOOM! comic book style pop up after attacks like in comic books. I’m using a particle so it spawns at hit locations, but I need it to always render over everything else. Is there a way to do this?

There is a camera module that can be defined in Cascades’ particle system, that can change the way each particle behaves in front of the camera. There way be a coupe different ways to do it, but that’s my personal best guess.
