Is there a way to make a fixed polycount landscape?

when i fly around the map in wireframe view, the landscape polycount constantly increases and decreases. how do i get a fixed polycount form my landscape? i am making a low-poly open world game, and the high resolution/polycount is kind of ruining the feel of the game…

Make the landscape a mesh. You can make it in Blender.

You can’t. It’s a fixed thing. I thought that’s what you wanted? :slight_smile:

If you want the sculpting, then you need the landscape system…

You can also disable the landscape LODs if its possible in the new version.

Otherwise, sculpt the landscape, then convert it to an impostor and use the impostor in a new level.
