Is there a way to just copy UE4/not install to my new laptop without download it again from start?

hi i want reinstall my os windows of my laptop bcause i got virus, but i fear i could download again entire ±16gb of UE4. i have low speed internet connection so i dont want redownload again its consuming my time.
So is there a way to just copy UE4/not install to my new laptop without download it again from start?

Yes there is, if you backed it up just run Version Selector in Engine/Binaries/Win64

rrstuv is correct, you can get the editor from a version selector. To do so, go to \Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64, you can then copy the UnrealVersionSelector.exe to Engine\Binaries\Win64 and run it.
