Is there a way to import *.t3d ( unreal text files ) to a packed game?

I want to give the user the ability to put some file in a folder and perhaps link them via a config file to the game so he can see it and use it inside of it.
I know BSP brushes has to be built.
The I will need it to be imported and built in runtime.
Is it possible?
I’v asked about fbx and obj before, I hope I will finally find something that can be imported.
