Is there a way to have a Vertical Health Bar?

Is there a way I can change or make a healthbar that is Vertical? Up and down instead of the default horizontal progress bar?

I need it to act more like a meter to use for counting the limits of a project but I can’t seem to figure it out yet and there seems to be no way to rotate either or at least not that I can find anyhow…

I believe you can scale the bar vertically and change its fill direction in the bar’s settings.
