Is there a way to expose the camera path to user control?

It appears the only way to control camera speed and position is indirectly through a keyframing UI. We need a way to control camera speed and to visualize where the camera is at different points in an animation that has other animated objects. If it is even possible to control camera speed directly, I'd really like to know. (I already know that the video length can be controlled directly, but I need to continuously control the speed of the camera inside of each segment.

Hi ,

At this time, there isn't a way to directly control camera speed for videos in Twinmotion directly. The speed is determined by the distance the camera has to travel and the length of the video part. The idea behind this was to simplify the UI as much as possible, automating this particular setting to make it quicker and easier to produce a video, although this does make it harder to use more advanced techniques.

I recommend submitting feedback on our roadmap here for an UI improvement you would like to see in future updates around this so the team can see if it is feasible.

Best,

Raghib

OK - I submitted the idea. Thanks for your answer Raghib. Have a good day.

Hey! I think this is a great idea and I’d like to support it. Could you send me the link to that post?
