Is there a way to dynamically change a level's gravity?

The visualization here is you’re on a spaceship and the artificial gravity is shut off. Suddenly every loose object loses its attachment to the floor, all at once.

I know how to fake gravity on an actor, and I know how to manually change the gravity of a level in editor, but neither of those can achieve the effect I want to. Well, the fake gravity could but it would be an absolute pain in the ■■■.

I’m not looking to individually tweak the gravity on objects, or change its direction. Just gradually dial it down from 980 to 0.
