Is there a way to combine multiple regular textures into a virtual texture, within a material BP?

I’d like to combine multiple UDIM-UV textures (regular textures) into one single VT, within a material BP itself. Reason for this is that I could change or modify only the portion of an assets texture that’s within a specific UDIM tile.

Couldn’t find anything about this topic so any help or just a hint where to look and what terms to search for would be greatly appreciated.
