I want to have a medic class in my map that allows only players in the medic class to be able to revive players? Is there a way to achieve this? It seems the only device that affects reviving players is the DBNO device, which doesnt seem to have these capabilities
Maybe you could use a DBNO device per class, that way you can control the dbno behaviour of each class.
It has an invert class setting so if there is only one medic class, you only need a dbno for the medic class and a dbno for all other classes

This unfortunately doesnt work.. Even though the “Allow Revives” setting claims that what it does is allow player to rescue downed teammates, it doesnt do this. What “Allow Revives” actually does is allow players in that class to be able to be revived by players or not. Your idea would work if the setting was accurate to what it claims it does

OK, thats disappointing that idea didn’t pan out, I have been using the time to revive setting in the dbno, with a decreased time for medic classes.
So what I’m actually doing I guess is allowing the medic to be revived quicker…
