Hey everybody.
I’m assuming there is a way to do this but I can’t find anything talking about it. What I’d like to do is be able to tint volumes different colors for quick visual referencing while working on a level (IE: Trigger volumes would be Green, and Audio volumes are Blue for sake of argument).
Is there a way to do this and if so, how?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks ahead of time
You could do this if you bothered to put each into a simple blueprint. It wouldn’t take a moment…
Unfortunately this is to apply to a work project where there are dozens upon dozens of different volumes placed across 15 different levels, each with atleast 4 different sub-levels; and the game is already live.
Good idea for most situations though!
That’s a really good idea that I doubt I would have ever come up with! Thanks man, I’ll start picking at it
In that case, you might be able to do something with a editor widget. When you open a level, the widget can find all the volumes and just overlay them with a tinted actor…
