Is there a way for a mesh to break a mesh into smaller pieces to make it look like debris?

Hello all, I am currently developing a landscape and i want a cliff looks like it has crumbled into pieces. Is there a way to break apart the mesh similar to the fracture mode? I looked at the fracture mode but it seems the object needs to be hit by something in the level to crumble, but i just want the mesh to be crumbled from the start. Is there a way to do that?

It doesn’t necessarily need to be hit. You can also disable it from the start by checking off the toggle on the Geometry Collection: Chaos Physics > Clustering > Enable Clustering.
