Is there a reason the blue guy has a speed of 90 when his animation has a speed of 200?

Hello,

In a lot of templates, we have access to blue guy. He is provided with a set of animations, blendspace and animation blueprint. In the official video tutorials, as well as in the template, the blendspace is such that when his speed is 90, he walks. And his max speed is 375.

However, every time I see him walk in my prototype, I felt something was off. I discovered that his feet actually keep on sliding on the floor, sign that the maximum speed I had set for him (90) did not match the “speed” of the animation. The walk animation is such that it syncs perfectly if the character walks at a speed of 200 (which intuitively makes sense, walking at 2 m/s seems more reasonable than the snail pace 90 cm/s).

My question : am I missing something or was this just an oversight and should the blendspace should be set such that the character walks at speed 200? I realise blue guy is here just for prototyping, but it seems such a simple fix that I wonder why it has not been done.

Note : The run animation has indeed a speed of 375 (or 400, I can’t really tell)
