Is there a new method for achieving Parallax Occlusion Mapping in UE5?

We are trying to use decals for debris placement. Parallax Occlusion Mapping used to help decals immensely. Is there a new method for this?

Or If the answer is to add nanite objects instead of decals then how should I make sure my draw calls stay within reason?
