We are encountering this issue, and I’m wondering if there is a hot fix or work around available.
Also, this issue Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-51692) is marked as closed as a duplicate, but I can not find information on the issue it duplicates for tracking. Is this available, or is it intentionally hidden?

Workaround: Find the MyTestClass blueprint. Right-click and select Asset Actions > Reload. After that, it will appear in the blueprint context menu.
