Is there a future plan to allow the use of Data Layers and Actor Filters without using World Partition?

I would like to be able to use Data Layers and Actor Filters with standard (non World Partition) level streaming. The features seem at least conceptually compatible. For example, depending on a runtime consideration I would spawn a level instance with data layer A activated and/or data layer B hidden.

Curious if something for this is in the roadmap?

Data Layers used to be usable without world partition in the early releases of it. It was completely apart and allowed spacial load based on height.

Not sure how or why it would have been changed to only be available with world partition, but if you are saying it was it probably has been - likely as routine part part of the overall inshittification of the engine at the hands of incompetent developers and managers…
