This is a view of importing laser scan data.
Laser scan data is usually received as data from one large .E57 file.
Is it possible to edit the imported point cloud data so that only the parts you want can be applied before sorting the imported point cloud data, just like clipping the Reconstruction area to Box?
The point cloud that was first brought in has so many unnecessary parts that I think it is time-consuming and data-intensive to work on.
I was wondering if there was a similar way to this function.
I was wondering if the Image Mask function would also apply to point cloud data.
Unlike the image, I have received a customer center answer that it does not apply to Laser Scan Data.
So I couldn’t find the way I wanted.
- Does it have the ability to edit imported point cloud data before alignment operations?
- If you don’t have such a feature, are you willing to add a new one?
If you can edit point cloud data inside Reality Capture, not an external program that can edit point cloud data, it would be a very convenient and good function.
