Is there a compiling bug in 4.22

I used Unreal Engine 4.22 for a while without any problems but for some reason recently when I try to add assets to a project and try to compile all the meshes and stuff it won’t actually compile. It will say it’s compiling but it will stay the number it started with indefinitely. IDK if it is a bug or a problem with my computer but when I tried looking for any information I couldn’t find anything. If this is a bug then is it a waiting game or is there a way to fix it, if it isn’t a bug and it is my computer then is there something I did that caused this?
