Is their a way to make unreal engine load faster

Whenever I start up Unreal engine it says initializing (and %) But the problem is, that it takes about 10 - 15 minutes for it to initialize. Any way to make it load faster?!

Hi, just some questions that might help track down the problem.

  1. What operating system are you using, and what are the hardware specs of your computer?
  2. Is this a new problem(as in, has this been occurring since the very first time you installed UE4, or has this problem just recently showed up)?

I am using Windows 10 and my specs are Intel(R) Core™ I5-6300HQ Cpu @ 2.30GHz 2.30 Ghz 8.00 GB Ram
64 Bit GeForce GTX 960M
This is not a new problem. It has been happening since the very first time I installed UE4

If you have the task manager open when you try to startup the engine is your CPU/RAM/disk getting heavily utilized?

Yes. But I cant find a way to fix that.

I dont know how to make my cpu go down.

Are you using an ssd or a hdd?
