Is the OpenStreetMap connection broken?

Ahoy!

I am new to TwinMotion and I want to populate my project with the urban environment around it. However, when I go to the section of “Populate → Urban”, I see the text “Geolocation failed to connect” instead of a map view. I can search for a location. Unfortunately, instead of setting the location it’s downloading a small HTML file (area-square.html) with the following error message: “Failed to load URL https://tm.unrealengine.com/maps/area-square.html#map=XXXXXXX with error ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED (-105).”

My internet works well. No other software has problems. I am wondering if anyone else has an issue with the feature? Might it be connected to me using a Mac?

We are currently experiencing an outage with the OpenStreetMap service, which is preventing the Populate/Urban tool from functioning as expected.

Our team is actively working on resolving the issue, and we will share updates as soon as the service is restored.

Thank you for your patience.

Do you have any estimated timeframe for when the OpenStreetMap service will be restored?
