Is the melee designer currently disabled?

I am currently unable to find the melee designer, although the documentation page doesn’t say that it’s currently disabled. Does anyone have further info?

I see it when i enter regular Creative but when I use UEFN it’s gone. And I really want to make a UEFN Game using the Melee Designer

I have yet to find a proximity designer on UEFN either!
Is there any official announcement?
