Is the Material Editor UI and UX going to get reworked to match the UE5 design?

The new UI and UX that came to the main editor with UE5 truly turned it into such a professional and sleek tool with some very nice QOL enhancements too. However, it seems that the material editor hasn’t had such a treatment, the nodes themselves and how you interact with them are very outdated and need a solid UI and UX update to be both nicer to look at and easier to read as well as being easier to use.

Has there been any official statements on whether they’re working on updating the material editor?

Judging by the updates we’ve been getting to a lot of other features in the engine, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some kind of plan in the works for a refresh to the material editor, it is probably just a big project.

That being said I would love to know about any potential plans in the roadmap to update this as well. If there is no plan, I’d toss my vote in to update this crucial part of the engine.
