Is running a paid UEFN educational community allowed the Creator Rules?

Hello,

I would like to ask for clarification regarding the UEFN Creator Rules.

I am planning to build an educational community focused on teaching UEFN and Fortnite Creative. Before starting, I want to make sure that everything is fully compliant with Epics policies.

Could you please clarify whether the following are allowed?

A private educational community with a paid monthly or yearly subscription.

A one-time paid course about UEFN.

A community hosted on platforms such as Skool, Discord, Circle, or a private website.

Live lessons, mentoring, coaching, workshops, or Q&A sessions for playing members.

Providing downloadable educational resources, templates, or example projects to members.

Selling educational content while following all Epic Games intellectual property and Creator Rules.

The purpose is education only. I am not selling access to Fortnite, UEFN, Creator Program benefits, or anything owened by Epic Games. Members would only be paying for my own teaching, guidance, educational materials, and community.

is this type of educational business permitted under the current UEFN and Fortnite Creator Rules? If there are any restrictions or requirements, could you please explain them or provide the relevant policy?

Thank you very much for your clarification.

Hello again,
I was originally directed here from my email conversation with Epic Support. Since then, I haven’t received a response either here on the forum or through email, so I decided to continue researching the topic on my own.
From what I’ve found so far:
I found many educational courses for UEFN, Fortnite Creative, and Unreal Engine being sold on platforms such as Udemy.
I found creators selling educational resources and learning materials related to UEFN on platforms like Gumroad.
I found developers openly discussing their tutorials, courses, and educational communities within the Epic Developer Community forums.
I also noticed that some community members recommend paid learning resources, including Udemy courses, in forum discussions.
During my research, I did not find anything clearly indicating that selling original educational content itself is prohibited, provided that Epic’s rules and intellectual property are respected.
I also noticed that the creators offering these educational courses and tutorials do not appear to include any specific Epic approval, certification, official authorization, disclaimer, or similar statement alongside their educational content.
Based on everything I’ve found, my understanding has become much clearer. My goal remains purely educational: helping creators learn UEFN and Fortnite Creative, without selling Fortnite itself, V-Bucks, creator benefits, or any Epic-owned content.
I just wanted to share these observations while waiting for a response.
Thank you for your time and support.
