Is possible to make export system in Project?

hello, i’m newbie in unreal and now start study unreal for my personal purpose.
i planed to make ios tablet PC application that could make and customize human character.
Rigged source model with more than 800 morph target and texture sources are already prepared.

But i wonder is this possible that customized character in project could be exported as an .fbx format with apply morph in mobile environment. And is it possible to be implemented in blueprint?

Because this is my first time to use unreal engine and i’m single creator, i cannot find what tutorials or lectures that would be helpful.

Could you recommend something wise for this project?
