Is Niagara supposed to perform this bad?

By spawning a single instance of the moving fire template I get 25% less FPS.
The system is not modified at all, I just create it and spawn it as it’s.
Seems pointless.

Hey there @DEV7591! Depending on your specs this can occur, but is highly unlikely. Are you spawning a CPU bound particle or a GPU bound particle? CPU particles are much more expensive overall, while GPU particles can have thousands of instances before feeling the weight.

Hi, GPU, as I mentioned it’s the unmodified template.

It probably has to do with the way I’m spawning it, dropping the system in the scene is still expensive but not that much.

I’ll do some more test and reply back.
