Hi I would like to figure out if my PC is able to run the new, cutting edge Unreal Engine, my graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 M. I doubt that my PC is able to run it but I would just like to know if I can run it.
Thanks

You might be OK, your graphics card is fine, but I don’t know the rest of your specs or what exactly you want to see. If anything it’s the 8GB of RAM that will do you in, but I am guessing you could play around without it, but it would be slow to respond.
What are Unreal Engine 4’s system requirements?
You will need a powerful setup to get started developing with UE4 right now.

Thanks Noctys my only concern was about my graphics card, my PC is completely sorted with the other specs (windows 8.1 Pro, 16gb ram, Intel i7 quad 3.1-3.9ghz) thanks again!
I want to get a similar setup…Is it running everything without any impairments?
My 630M can run the 3rd person starter template @ 45 fps on epic settings, so the 640 M should be fine for simple games, providing you dial back the settings
