Is mobile renderer just broken or is it me?

For background, I’m testing on Android. r.MobileContentScaleFactor does nothing. r.ScreenPercentage doesn’t work when mobile HDR is of. r.Upscaling.Quality=0 is not Nearest Neighbor upscaling. All works perfectly fine on the PC renderers. I simply want 50% screen percentage and nearest neighbor upscaling, but getting any information is pulling teeth. It looks like others have the same issues with no resolution (pun intended). Are there any devs knowledgeable regarding the mobile renderer or is it simply an overlooked feature of the engine?
