I want to apply MetaHuman personas in Unity, I’m not sure if I can import MetaHuman from QuixelBridge directly into Unity

Yes, as the EULA states, MetaHumans can only be licensed for use in Unreal Engine. MetaHumans in Unity would be a violation of those terms. As long as the license remains unchanged, Unity will never have MetaHumans.
